You are en route and are waiting for a fax from your customer/friend/partner (having a definite fax number). Your handy receives a message "You have got a fax".
If you are using PhoneFax together with PhoneOffice. You may start your web mail (yahoo.com or others) for example. You will have received an email having the fax as attachment.
A copy of this fax may have been sent to a group of recipients as email or fax. This and more is possible by using PhoneFax and PhoneOffice.

Using PhoneFax you can send faxes and emails (the fax will be attached to the email in .dcx or .jpg format),
you can send faxes to a group of recipients (having fax or email). Using filters you can save incoming or outgoing faxes to different folders and assign actions to these folders (fax forwarding, send SMS, send to a group of recipients, send a voice message, printout). Via PhoneOffice you can even change the fax forwarding number.

The filters can contain several numbers and or parts of a number, or parts of the header line (using wildcards, example *123*). In addition you have a lot of possibilities includes for image processing, for exporting received faxes to different image formats (bmp, gif, jpg, tif, dcx and others). And you can scan documents to be sent as fax by any attached standard scanner.
